At Markup322 customers can cancel their orders within 30 minutes of placing the order. Once the 30-minute cancellation window has expired, cancellation requests will not be accepted, as the order may already be processed for dispatch.
To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team within the permitted time and provide their order ID and registered contact details.
If payment has already been made for an eligible cancelled order, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable laws.
