1. Return Period

Customers can request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Return requests submitted after this period may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if they are:

Damaged or defective upon delivery.
Incorrect or different from the product ordered.
Eligible for return under the applicable product terms and consumer protection laws.

Products must be returned with their original packaging, accessories, and invoice, where applicable.

3. Refund Policy

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify the customer whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method or another legally permitted payment method agreed upon with the customer. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the bank or payment provider.

4. Non-Returnable Products

Products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage after delivery, or unauthorized modifications may not qualify for a return, subject to applicable law.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before their order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may be subject to our return policy and applicable law.

6. How to Request a Return or Refund
